The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Casesnoves" is made with olives of various varieties: Arbequina, Picual, Empeltre. Creating an Oil with its own organoleptic characteristics, which lasts over time.

Considered to be “liquid gold” for all its nutritional properties, it is the basis of the Mediterranean diet, a true delight for the palate and health.

When you try our Oil it’s like being carried away by the aromas and flavours of our sea and mountain landscape.

The surface destined to the Olive plantation is about 5 hectares. The varieties destined to making Oil are mainly Arbequina, Picual and Empeltre. There are also other varieties like Cornezuelo and Manzanilla which are sold fresh in order to prepare types of olives such as "pansides, trencades and whole" olives.

We produce natural and dry figs. We use old traditional methods to dry our figs.

We use one of the best variety of figs of Pollença to produce our dried Figs. The variety is called “Higos de la Caseta” (Shed figs) it is an early and small fig, very tasty and one of the best to dry.
